1. 接受條款
使用傭乜易 YMY（下稱「本應用程式」或「服務」）即表示你同意呢份服務條款。如你唔同意，請停止使用。
2. 服務簡介
傭乜易係一個為香港僱主同外傭（家庭傭工）共用嘅家庭管理應用程式，提供以下功能：
- 家務任務安排同記錄
- 出糧計算同糧單生成（根據香港僱傭條例）
- 辭職／結算計算（代通知金、年假補償、長期服務金）
- AI 食譜建議同食譜庫
- 買餸開支記錄、收據掃描
- 合約期限提示、文件管理
3. 帳戶責任
- 你需要 13 歲或以上先可以使用本服務
- 你有責任保管自己嘅帳戶資料同密碼
- 同一個 household 入面所有成員（僱主及姐姐）共享某啲資料（如出糧記錄、食譜計劃、家務任務）
- 如懷疑帳戶遭未授權使用，請立即聯絡我哋
4. 計算結果免責聲明
⚠️ 本應用程式提供嘅出糧、辭職、年假、長期服務金等計算結果僅供參考。
最低工資、膳食津貼及相關法例或會更新，請以勞工處最新公布為準。如有疑問，請諮詢勞工處（電話 2717 1771）或法律專業人士。
本應用程式唔對因依賴計算結果而引起嘅任何損失負責。
5. AI 功能
本 app 使用 Google Gemini AI 提供以下功能：
- 食譜生成同翻譯
- 收據圖像分析、食材辨識
- 家務文字解析
AI 生成嘅內容（包括食譜、識別到嘅食材、翻譯）僅供參考。實際烹飪、食材安全、購物決定由用戶自行判斷。我哋對 AI 輸出嘅準確性唔作保證。
6. 訂閱及付款（如適用）
本應用程式可能提供免費版本同付費訂閱版本。付費訂閱條款：
- 所有訂閱透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play Store 處理
- 價格、計費週期、自動續訂條款喺購買前清楚顯示
- 你可以喺 Apple ID / Google Play 設定取消訂閱
- 如取消，已付款項一般唔會退款（除法律規定外）
- 免費版本嘅 AI 用量配額會喺每月 1 號重置
7. 用戶內容
你輸入嘅內容（家務名、食譜、收據、家庭資料等）仍然係你嘅。我哋只係按你嘅授權處理同儲存呢啲資料以提供服務。
8. 禁止行為
使用本服務時，你唔可以：
- 違反任何適用嘅法律（包括香港僱傭條例）
- 用於非法或未授權嘅用途
- 逆向工程、破解或試圖入侵系統
- 濫用 AI 功能（例如自動化大量 query）
- 上傳含病毒或惡意內容嘅檔案
9. 服務變更或終止
我哋保留隨時修改、暫停或終止本服務嘅權利，並會盡量提前通知用戶。
10. 責任限制
本服務「按現狀」（"AS IS"）提供。喺法律容許嘅最大範圍內，我哋唔對以下情況負責：
- 服務中斷或資料遺失
- 第三方服務（Firebase、Gemini AI）嘅故障
- 用戶之間嘅糾紛
- 因依賴計算結果作出嘅僱傭決定
11. 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。任何爭議由香港法院專屬管轄。

1. Acceptance
By using YMY ("the App", "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the App.
2. Service Description
YMY is a household management app for Hong Kong employers and foreign domestic helpers, offering:
- Chore scheduling and tracking
- Payroll calculation and payslip generation (per HK Employment Ordinance)
- Resignation / settlement calculation (wages in lieu, annual leave, long service pay)
- AI recipe suggestions and recipe library
- Expense tracking and receipt scanning
- Contract reminders, document management
3. Account Responsibility
- You must be 13+ to use the Service
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
- Members in the same household (employer + helper) share certain data (payroll, meal plans, chores)
- If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately
4. Calculation Disclaimer
⚠️ Calculation results (payroll, settlement, annual leave, long service) are for reference only.
Minimum allowable wage, food allowance, and related laws may update — refer to the latest HK Labour Department announcements. Consult the Labour Department (2717 1771) or a legal professional if uncertain.
The App is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on its calculations.
5. AI Features
The App uses Google Gemini AI for:
- Recipe generation and translation
- Receipt OCR, ingredient recognition
- Chore text parsing
AI-generated content (recipes, recognized ingredients, translations) is for reference only. Cooking, food safety, and shopping decisions remain the user's responsibility. We make no warranty on AI accuracy.
6. Subscriptions and Payment (if applicable)
The App may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Subscription terms:
- All subscriptions are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Price, billing cycle, and auto-renewal terms are disclosed before purchase
- You may cancel via Apple ID / Google Play settings
- Refunds are generally not provided once payment is made (except where required by law)
- Free-tier AI usage quota resets on the 1st of each month
7. User Content
Content you enter (chore names, recipes, receipts, household info) remains yours. We only process and store it under your authorisation to provide the Service.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Violate applicable laws (including the HK Employment Ordinance)
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorised purposes
- Reverse-engineer, hack, or attempt unauthorised access
- Abuse AI features (e.g. automated mass queries)
- Upload malware or harmful content
9. Service Changes or Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Service interruption or data loss
- Failures of third-party services (Firebase, Gemini AI)
- Disputes between users
- Employment decisions made in reliance on calculation results
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Hong Kong SAR law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of HK courts.
