「傭乜易」（YMY，下稱「本應用程式」或「我哋」）係一個香港家庭管理應用程式。本私隱政策說明我哋會收集、使用及保存你嘅個人資料嘅方法。
2. 我哋會收集嘅資料
2.1 你直接提供畀我哋嘅資料
- 帳戶資料：姓名、電郵地址、密碼（經 Firebase Authentication 加密儲存）
- 家庭資料：屋企人數、地區、有冇小朋友／長者、飲食限制
- 外傭（姐姐）資料：姓名、香港身份證、入職日期、月薪、出糧方式
- 家務任務、出糧記錄、買餸開支、年假病假紀錄
- 食譜偏好、家庭食譜計劃
- 聯絡我哋訊息
2.2 你授權後我哋會用嘅資料
- 相機 / 相片庫：影低收據、雪櫃食材、保險文件，由 AI 分析後幫你記入帳目／生成食譜。相片只會傳到我哋嘅伺服器作即時分析，唔會永久儲存。
- 麥克風：用語音輸入家務或庫存項目。語音轉文字喺裝置內進行。
- 通知權限：發送出糧提醒、合約到期提醒、家務時間提醒。
2.3 自動收集嘅資料
- 裝置資料：iOS 版本、裝置型號、language preference（用嚟提供合適嘅 UI 語言）
- App 使用紀錄：crash logs、performance metrics（透過 Firebase）
- 登入時間及方式
3. 我哋點樣使用你嘅資料
- 提供 app 嘅核心功能（家務管理、出糧計算、食譜建議等）
- 讓僱主同姐姐之間共用同步資料（同一個 household）
- 用 Google Gemini AI 生成食譜、分析收據、識別食材
- 改善 app 功能、修復錯誤
- 遵守法律規定（如香港僱傭條例、資料保護法）
4. 第三方服務
我哋使用以下受信任嘅第三方服務：

5. 資料儲存及保安
- 所有資料儲存喺 Google Firebase 美國同亞太區伺服器（受 Google 業界標準保安措施保護）
- 密碼經 Firebase Authentication SHA-256 + salt 加密
- 傳輸全程使用 HTTPS / TLS 加密
- Firestore 安全規則限制只有同一個 household 嘅成員可以存取彼此資料
6. 你嘅權利
根據香港個人資料（私隱）條例，你有權：
- 查閱我哋持有關於你嘅資料
- 更正錯誤資料
- 要求刪除你嘅帳戶及所有相關資料
- 反對某啲使用方式（例如停止 push notification）

7. 資料保留期限
用戶資料在你嘅帳戶有效期間會持續保留。如你刪除帳戶，我哋會喺 30 日內永久刪除所有個人資料，惟法律要求保留嘅資料（例如稅務、僱傭紀錄）除外。
8. 兒童私隱
本應用程式適用於 13 歲或以上人士。我哋唔會故意收集 13 歲以下兒童嘅個人資料。
9. 跨境資料傳輸
由於使用 Google Firebase 服務，你嘅資料可能會傳送至香港以外地區（包括美國同亞太區）。Google 嘅資料中心符合國際資料保護標準（包括 GDPR 同 CCPA）。
10. 政策變更
我哋可能會不時更新呢份私隱政策。重大變更會透過 app 內通知或電郵告知你。繼續使用 app 即表示你接受新版政策。

1. Introduction
"YMY" ("the App", "we", "our") is a household management application for Hong Kong. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account: name, email, password (encrypted via Firebase Authentication)
- Household: family size, district, presence of children/elderly, dietary restrictions
- Helper info: name, HKID, start date, monthly salary, payment method
- Chores, payroll records, expenses, leave records
- Recipe preferences, weekly meal plans
- Messages you send to us
2.2 Data accessed with your permission
- Camera / Photo Library: to scan receipts, fridge contents, insurance documents. Photos are sent to our server for real-time AI analysis only and not permanently stored.
- Microphone: voice-to-text for chores and inventory. Speech recognition runs on-device.
- Notifications: payroll reminders, contract expiry, scheduled chores.
2.3 Automatically collected
- Device info: iOS version, device model, language preference
- App diagnostics: crash logs, performance metrics (via Firebase)
- Sign-in timestamps
3. How We Use Your Data
- Provide the App's core features (chores, payroll, recipes, expenses)
- Sync data between employer and helper in the same household
- Use Google Gemini AI for recipe generation, receipt analysis, ingredient recognition, translation
- Improve the App and fix bugs
- Comply with legal obligations (HK Employment Ordinance, data protection)
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services:

- Passwords hashed via Firebase Authentication (SHA-256 + salt)
- All transit encrypted via HTTPS / TLS
- Firestore security rules restrict access to same-household members only
6. Your Rights
Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and all related data
- Object to certain uses (e.g. opt out of push notifications)

7. Data Retention
Data is retained while your account remains active. If you delete your account, all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. International Transfers
Because we use Google Firebase, your data may be transferred outside Hong Kong (US + Asia-Pacific). Google's data centres comply with international standards (GDPR, CCPA).
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use indicates acceptance.
